One can chickpeas, rinsed
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (I did half olive oil and half flax seed oil)
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp sweet relish
1/2 Tbsp sunflower seeds for a nice crunch
Salt, black pepper, & cayenne to taste
Toppings: fresh tomato, lettuce, onion
Mix and mash it all together.
